9/11 Let no American forget this date!

It is on this date every year now I realize how much closer my son is to his graduation and commissioning as a Second Lieutenant in the US Army. I have taught him well the importance of this date and the service to this nation.

I pray we all take just a moment today and remember those that were lost and their families. And please support our troops and thank a veteran, for freedom isn't free.

  1. Our troops deserve so much more than a simple thank you. They sacrifice so much for us, and truly understand the meaning of "service".

  6. Very true! My dad is a Viet Nam veteran, and I think the most important thing that we can do is recognize the service of our veterans!
