How much is that doggy in the window?

Ok, every year on Labor Day week-end my brothers town, about 8 miles away, has a town rummage. It is a big deal, people come from miles and miles away for this. Golf carts, 4 wheelers and bumper to bumper cars (we feel so sorry for the mail lady on that Saturday). We went Saturday to help my brother and sister-in-law. Being gone from 7am til who knows when, we weren't going to leave Noah at home all day. So unintentionally Noah became the center of attention all day.....and it was BUSY all day! Since he was in the garage with us he was very visible to everyone. The following is what we heard all day.....

1. Oh, he is adorable!
2. What kinda dog is he?
3. Can I pet him?
4. Why is his eyes different colors?

And now for the most asked question of the day, at least 40 times....................................................

5. Is he for sale?   ( I will add that Dad answered that question quickly and precise.........no).

The most interesting knowledge during the day was obtained by my nephew, who is 9 on Labor Day. Being a very bright and fun boy, he observed that all the girls from 5-75 wanted to pet and ooohhh over Noah. So now my nephew wants to borrow Noah and go down to the local college because Noah is a...."Chick Magnet". For heavens sake don't tell Noah, he was full of himself yesterday just from the attention!!

  4. Lol! It's so funny that your nephew wants to use Noah as a chick magnet. Layla's a guy magnet. Actually, you can tell that we've spent a LOT of time together because when she sees a shirtless man jogging, she sits down and gets super quiet and locks on him with a Border Collie stare. You can tell where I took her when she was young!
